About Virginia Harper
Virginia Harper has been involved in investigations since graduating from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Academy in 1970. Ms. Harper was a deputy sheriff for more than 3 years. She was then transferred to the district attorney's office where she was a senior investigator conducting criminal and civil investigations. She retired in 1995 and the next year formed VY Harper Private Investigations. She has also been a licensed real estate broker since 1976.
